As you know, people who have hypertension often use drugs regularly to control blood pressure. I’m not saying that it’s all wronged, because at some point we don’t have a choice to use it. However if there is another possibility to reduce blood pressure without medicine that make you healthier, fit and also don’t bring bad effect for your liver, why not try it? As we know, when drugs became a habit, it might bring another problem for your health because liver will working harder. Liver damage could cause by alcohol, certain drugs, toxins, and viruses. When we bring these poisons into our body, we make our liver work extra hard, which might cause it to break down and not function as well. Therefor, here are some more tips to reduce blood pressure with natural cure and healthy way.
1. Change your life style
Actually, with high discipline, determination and focus to change your current life style, it is not impossible to control and reduce blood pressure. With changing life style, it could help you to remove the dependency on consuming drugs. Try it!
2. Do some sports
With doing excercise for only 30 minutes every day you can reduce blood pressure significantly. You don’t need to do hard sport. Just walking, running, swimming or even cycling. Easy to do, right?
3. Salt
Consuming too much salt could increase blood pressure. So, reduce your intake of salt. Limit your salt intake until less than 1,500 milligrams (600 milligrams of sodium) a day. By cutting salt intake, hypertension can substantially reduce.
4. Coffee
If you like to drink coffee, you should reduce it. Do not consume coffee more than 2 cup per day. Not only for people who have hypertension, caffeine also can triggering a spike in blood pressure for people without hypertension. If you want to double check if you are sensitive to caffeine or not, check the blood pressure before and half an hour after consuming caffeinated beverages. If it increases by 5 or 10 points, then it means you sensitive to caffeine.
5. Yoga, meditation etc
You can choose which way that suits you to reduce your stress. For example, there is yoga or meditation.Good stress management could help you reduce blood pressure. The most important thing is you feel good, relax, peace. It will affect to your body and blood pressure.
